AI Video Bench ("we", "us") operates aivideobench.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Email address — only if you subscribe to receive the free tool picker or updates. We use it to send you what you asked for and occasional updates about tool pricing and comparisons. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which pages are useful. This uses cookies and collects device, browser, approximate location (city level), pages viewed and outbound link clicks. We do not use advertising features or sell this data.
- Affiliate click data — when you click an affiliate link, the vendor's affiliate network (for example Rewardful, PartnerStack or Impact) sets a cookie on the vendor's domain so the vendor can attribute a purchase to us. We receive aggregate reports (clicks, sales, commission) but no personal data about you from the vendor.
- Contact emails — if you write to us, we keep the correspondence to respond and for our records.
Cookies
We set a small cookie/local-storage flag to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works. Affiliate-network cookies are set by third-party domains after you leave our site and are governed by those networks' policies.
Who we share data with
Our email service provider (to send you emails you signed up for), Google (analytics), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default (14 months).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post changes here and update the effective date.
